My best workout secrets that I learned this 2021

I am super happy today. I have been waiting for a long time to do this blog! 

One of my favorite passions is to work out myself. So, I want to share how I handle all this lifestyle, from my workout routine to my workout supplements

You are going to know everything, and more importantly, you can do the same, because it’s not an E.T life. 

Regardless if you are now doing exercise or not, I want to make a “pre-workout” for this blog. We are going to begin in the mind and then go deep in the physic, showing you my whole workout plan.

You can be very happy keeping it simple. Just having the correct habits, you are going to see a life improvement. 

The real workout meaning

Most of us have the desire to change our lifestyle, starting with our body because it is what we see in the mirror. But does this work? 

There is a clear answer… NOP!… If you don’t have enough conviction to make a workout routine, you will quit easily when you feel tired or disappointed. 

I always like to give this advice, before you make a workout plan, you should set a workout challenge for yourself.

This means asking yourself several questions like “why do I exercise?” But be careful, don´t waste too much time doing so. You don’t want to lose the grit. 

Interiorize first in your mind all this, I can assure you the success in your try to become a fitness person if you have a focused mind first.

Remember this… Don’t decrease the goal, increase the effort!

A full workout challenge with me

Why did I tell you all this? Because I love to wake up at 5:00 AM and start my training at 5:30 AM… Some people say that it’s so hard, but if you are concentrated, you will love it with time.

I wake up, put my workout clothes on and go to F45 Training Pompano beach to start my workout routine. Doing exercise early in the morning will help you to keep active during the whole day! 

My pre-workout is jogging. I do this for 5 or 10 minutes. By doing this, my body gets ready for the rest of the training season, but this shouldn’t scare you. On some occasions, I also use workout equipment in the gym or I ride my bike for a few minutes. So, if you don’t like jogging, you can use the bicycle too.

After the pre-workout, I take a very short break, drink some lemon sips water, and go to the real action. 

Depending on the day, my workout routine changes, but the training time is the same, 45 minutes. Believe me, the coolest 45 minutes. There I left every pound of energy that I have, and I am so grateful because that allows me to be on top! 

Don´t take too much time off during the gym, avoid looking for social media while you train, and most importantly, don´t look to the side, just focus on yourself. These are some of the advice used during my workout plan and I know that they are going to be helpful for you. 

Also, like me, you can do other exercises like Yoga. Sometimes it is not only about giving the best of you in the gym but also to recover your mind and body.

My workout supplements for all the training

I can’t say I have big storage of workout supplements or something like that for my workout routine. In fact, I keep it simple. I try to use products with a natural base, creating a comfortable feeling. 

So, early in the morning, I try to drink one or two glasses of water before exercising. At the same time, I get to prepare my lemon sips supplement from Dr. Kellyann.

During my workout plan, I started drinking small shots of this beverage. Why do I do this? Here are the reasons. 

This supplement helps me in several ways. It detoxifies + flushes toxins from my system, at the same time it helps diminish cellulite and skin dimpling. In addition, its formula provides a lot of benefits to my skin like rehydration, nourishment, and protection against UV damage.

At the end of the training session, I drink all the rest of the supplements. Then I add a healthy breakfast to the workout plan, low in fats!

After a full workday 

To finish my days correctly, I drink natural vitality and natural calm magnesium. Especially on stressed days it is important to relax with this anti-stress drink. 

As I mentioned above, on some occasions, I do yoga. It is a good way to relax, but in most cases, I don’t have enough time to do this. That’s the main reason to love this beverage. Just take a glass of water, add two teaspoons, breath, drink, and relax!
