This is a delicious and easy pumpkin soup to cook on busy days.
By adding the bone broth we turn a simple and common dish into a superfood.

Additional Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes
Total Time 50 minutes

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of pumpkin chopped into small cubes
  • 1 Packet Dr. Kellyann’s Classic Chicken Bone Broth (Will be available in a 16,9fl oz carton in a shelf-stable tetra packaging from 1 September. The product will be stocked exclusively at Whole Foods Market nationwide, with a retail price is 7,69USD)
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup of leek
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Salt and pepper.

Instructions

  1. Put in a frying pan, sesame oil, the cup of leek, the two garlic cloves, and stir-fry it.
  2. Put in another cooking pot Dr. Kellyann’s born broth with the 3 cups of pumpkin and cook it until the pumpkin is soft (25 minutes approximately).
  3. Put everything together in a food processor, adding salt and pepper, then mix it. 
  4. Finally, you can serve it in 2 or 3 soup plates, and enjoy it.
